City of Tucson to develop long-range transportation plan, public input needed - KVOA Tucson News

TUCSON – The public will have a chance to weigh in the future of transportation in the City of Tucson on Wednesday.

The City of Tucson Department of Transportation is launching a long-range transportation master plan called Move Tucson.

According to the department, the goal is to create mobility blueprint for the city’s future and identify Tucson’s transportation priorities for the next 20 years.

The Move Tucson launch event will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Fox Tucson Theatre, 17 West Congress Street.
