As the campus community gets ready for in-person learning, it is time to refresh your communication and conflict resolution skills!
The Office for Equity and Accessibility is excited to offer a live webinar on Moving from Conflict to Collaboration on Thursday, July 29, from 2-4 p.m. This webinar will explore the anatomy of conflict and empower participants to utilize powerful tools of conflict transformation. Tools include: active listening, expansion from positions to needs, and transformative brainstorming.
